How turnaround works
Your total delivery time has two parts: production time for printing your order and transit time for shipping it to you. Production starts after we receive your artwork and your proof is approved.
After placing your order, email your artwork to hello@imago-press.com and include your order number in the subject line.
Production time
Most products: 2 to 4 business days after artwork is received and proof is approved.
Optional finishing services may add time. Product pages will note this when it applies.
Shipping time
Most orders: 2 to 3 business days once your order ships. You will receive tracking as soon as it is on the way.
Business days are Monday through Friday. Weekends and holidays do not count toward production or shipping time.
Proofing
We review your file and send a proof before production. To waive proofing, write "Proof waived, proceed to production" in your artwork email. If proofing is waived, your file will move forward as submitted.
