How does ordering work?
Pick your product, choose your size and quantity, and place your order. If upload buttons appear on the product page, attach your print-ready artwork before adding the product to your cart. Double-sided products use separate Upload Front and Upload Back buttons. If no upload button appears, or you prefer to send artwork later, place your order and email it to hello@imago-press.com with your order number in the subject line. We review your file, send an email proof, and wait for approval before production.
What file types do you accept?
Print-ready PDF is best. High-resolution PNG or JPG also work for most products. Full specs include bleed, resolution, and color mode. You can find them on our Artwork Guidelines page. Not sure if your file is ready? Email it after checkout anyway. The file check is free.
When will I get my order?
Standard production times start after your artwork is received and your proof is approved. Shipping usually adds another 2 to 3 business days. Add-on services such as shrink wrap, scoring, or specialty finishing can add production time. Weekends and holidays don't count toward production or shipping. Do I get to see a proof before printing?
Yes. Every order includes a free email proof. We check sizing, bleed, and resolution before anything goes to press. We don't print until you approve the proof. To waive proofing, write Proof waived, proceed to production in your artwork email. If proofing is waived, your file will move forward as submitted.
What if something is wrong with my order?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the proof you approved, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right, typically with a free reprint of the affected pieces.

How are shipping rates calculated?
We ship throughout the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the products in your cart, quantity, package size and weight, destination, and whether items need to ship separately. Because different print products may be produced or packed differently, a mixed cart can arrive in more than one shipment. Orders arrive in plain packaging with no pricing inside, so they can go directly to a client, event, or storefront.
