Shipping policy

Production time: 2 to 4 business days after you approve your proof.

Shipping time: 2 to 3 business days in transit via our carriers.

Total: most orders arrive within roughly 4 to 7 business days after proof approval, depending on your location.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and type of your product. Oversized or freight-risk orders may be quoted separately.

Carrier delays: once an order ships, delivery timing is in the carrier's hands. We can't control carrier delays but will help you track your package.

Damaged or lost shipments: contact hello@imago-press.com within 5 business days and we'll make it right.
