Terms of service

Welcome to Iridona. By placing an order on this website, you agree to these terms.

Ordering and proof approval. You choose your product options and submit print-ready artwork. We provide a digital proof before production unless you waive it. You are responsible for reviewing and approving your proof; approved (or proof-waived) files are printed as submitted.

Your artwork and rights. You represent that you own or have permission to use all content you submit, and that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property or contain unlawful material. You remain responsible for the content of your files.

Turnaround. Standard production is 2 to 4 business days after proof approval, plus shipping. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once artwork is approved.

Pricing and payment. Prices are shown at checkout and are subject to change. Payment is collected at the time of order.

Limitation of liability. Iridona LLC's liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for delays caused by carriers or by incomplete or incorrect customer files.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always governs.
